Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days, we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Shipping time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Please note that unforeseen customs or carrier delays may occasionally extend this window.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

International shipping and customs
For orders shipped outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by your local customs authority, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to predict what these charges may be, as customs policies vary widely by country.

Damaged or lost packages
Velorya is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or us directly at support@veloryas.shop to file a claim.
